Vertical Gauges: Fix width of bar, independently of the displayed digits of the scale

Currently the width of the vertical gauge is taken up by the bar + the scale. This has the effect that the width of the bar is dependent on the maximum number of digits of the scale. This creates problems when copying & pasting a gauge or using a vertical gauge in a collection if different values with different number of digits are displayed. It would be better if the width of the bar would be fixed when copied or used in a collection, and the scales would be added outside of that.
