Trend: Axis value scale on the outside of graph

Y axis value scale should be on the outside of the graph/trend plot area and when this is done, show minor ticks when multiple scales are used. Axis values cannot be seen if they are covered by data.

One of my customers has requested the same thing. In my opinion, there should be an option for the user to choose where the vertical value scale is placed - inside or outside the Y-axis.

Option to specify y axis value scale to be outside the trend plot area so that the axis values can easily be read and are not obscured by the data in the trend.

When a trend has multiple scales shown, only the first data item has ticks. It would be useful to show the ticks for other items as well instead of just the min/max
