Golden Batch as Average of many Events with Confidence Interval

It is often difficult to find a golden batch in prior events. Instead, it would be great to allow users to select many batches that were considered "good" and have EF create a smoothed average curve with confidence intervals for this set of good batches. I have seen a few hacks to do this currently within EF, but they do not seem easy to maintain.
