When a maintenance event is acknowledged, the user open a SAP notification and would like to enter the ticket number in the comment field of the event frame. So that it would be very helpful to see it (and possibly enter it, like the reason code) in the Events table symbol, proving that a notification was opened and what is the reference to it.
Yes this would be great, but very important that it also becomes part of the events data in the database, so we can do manual equipment tagging to reasons codes. Which is too custom to force a reason. Example we already have multiple cascaded reasons, up to level "Pump", but we want the user to fill in the pump equipment tag as comment and be able to keep this data in the database for reporting, etc.
Need this for several tools we are rolling out. Greatly improves user-experience.
