Support 'Apply Time Range' and other event actions from the Events Table

As a PI Vision user, I want to be able to right-click on an Event in the Events Table and select Apply Time Range to update the time range of the Editor display. Adding this functionality would be consistent with the Events Search pane, where this option already exists. The other events pane options should also be possible from events table: Compare Similar Events by Name Compare Similar Events by Type

In PI Vision 2019, events options (Apply Time Range, Compare Similar Events) are now accessible from the context menu of the events table. Currently, using the event frame search, you can apply the time range of the event frame, navigate to an ad-hoc event frame display, Compare Similar Events by Name, and Compare Similar Events by Type. With the event frames table, you can only navigate to an ad-hoc event frame display.  At the very least, it makes sense to allow the user to an event frame time range to the display using the event frames table.  It's less clicks and more easy to train users. Having all the event frame search functions included in the table will lessen the need for the event frame search for anything outside of on- demand investigations.

Currently users have to go to the left pane to apply the time range for an events. It would be great to be able to do this from a row of an events table.
