golden batch designation for EF

When pinning an event frame to create a golden batch set a property on the event frame so that the user can use other tools like DataLink to find golden batches that were defined in PI Vision.  Nedd to be able to also put some kind of identifier on a golden batch to tell it what it refers to since I can have many golden batches for different recipes.  One custmer I worked with recently had over 100 recipes.
