Events Table: Show attribute values

Be able to compare attributes from multiple similar events against each other in the events table symbol. User Story: As a process engineer, Lalit wants to compare attributes from similar events to one another in a table and sort by the columns of the table SO THAT he can use the attribute values to compare the events to one another.

Us too! Showing the attributes of the events would allow user to quickly see where deviations occurs for a particular event in a table form without looking into the time-series charts.

It would be nice to add other EF Attributes to the table as we do with PIDataLink. I can't believe it is not implemented yet, it would give more value to the tool.

Yes, it would be a good use. OSISoft is already has this feature on Event frame search using PI System Explorer. why not the same with PIVision?

This is a needed feature, especially since you are pushing a move from PI Batch to Event Frames. Event Frame visualization is not as capable as PI Batch visualization.

Please add capability to add arbitrary EF attribute to Events Table for visualization. So far the customer has to include values of attributes to the name of EF to show it.

PI Vision already sees these values when you click an event in the events panel, so we know it has access to the information. This would be a very valuable feature for our customers.

This could be a solution for customized EventFrame Analysis Displays. A link, which is built as an event frame attribute could be displayed in the Event Table and used for further digging.

There is no doubt that is Highly required. The possibility to compare events with the same type is so trivial that I thought it was an existing feature. Please add this feature ASAP.

Without EF attributes in the comparison table in Vision, it's of little value to us. Having a few simple attributes exposed would make it incredibly useful!

We have the same request from one of our customers. They are monitoring their filling line and want to Dashboard which line is currently busy with which order and how much already has been filled. With additional attributes in the Event Table, they could easily show that with just one query.

Allow for display of EF Template specific attributes on an Events Table when a specific template is selected. Much like how specific attribute data can be pulled through DataLink, but only when a specific template is selected in the Explore criteria.

We use the event table to monitor off-spec events triggered by laboratory values. It would be very helpful to be able to compare the value with the thresholds.

YES please! We are reporting our process exit cycle time. One thing we need to grab is the Batch ID at the end of the event frame so we made a EF attribute to store the info. It would be super helpful if the information could be displayed as one of the columns.
