Multiple floating Ad-Hoc windows

- User opens a main PI Vision display window, where there are multiple PI tags/items in view either in trends or value displays etc. - Now, once user double-clicks any of the PI items in the display, it should open a separate floating trend page (not covering the original display window) - And user should be able to further select another PI item(s) in the main window still (holding down ctrl key) and drag them into the same floating window. - Or, from main window, simply double-click another item, and that should open into a 2nd separate floating window. - They should be able to open multiple such floating windows (or adding more items into any of such existing floating windows as needed from items in main display window). -And, these floating windows, should be able to take inputs (more items to be added) from other displays (meaning, users should be able to switch main displays to different displays, and they should still be able to add items to these existing floating Ad-HOC windows from the new main displays).
