Remove limit for Asset Based calculations

Allow users to remove the limitation on the number of events PI Vision allows for asset based Ad Hoc Calculations.

    As there are many different configurations for PI Vision and an infinite difference in resources for the host machines, this hard-coded limit can be a burden for systems with dense data. If using 1 hz data, this hard-coded limit only allows for 16 minutes 40 seconds worth of calculated data to be displayed. This request is for a PI Data Archive like tuning parameter where the limit for calculations could be tuned by the administrator, allowing data for AF Calculations as desired by the administration of each specific system. Also, this request is to update the documentation and error message to point towards this new ability so that when a limit is reached it is understood to be tuned to the system PI Vision is running on and configured for.
