Allow locking/anchoring of symbols.

Ability to lock Symbols in place so that they don't shift when I try to select them. This doesn't always happen, but when it does it's pretty annoying. I should be able to right click and lock/unlock a Symbol so that it doesn't accidentally get moved around.

    While we appreciate the interest the community has for this suggestion, we have decided to decline this item in favor of other high priority work the product needs. Thank you for your feedback, and please continue sharing suggestions for how we can improve PI Vision for you!

    This is a common issue when building displays - often users want to draw rectangles/shapes/boundaries or underlay colours in parts of the display. In most drawing applications you can lock objects, meaning that 1) You can fix background elements in place, preventing them from being moved accidentally as the foreground elements are built and 2) You can freely lasso/select foreground display elements from the middle of your screen without having to move/workaround your background objects.

    This could also be accomplished by introducing layers.
