Ad Hoc XY Plot

Double-clicking on a XY Plot trend creates a popup time-series trend with all points instead of zooming XY Plot. It should maximize the XY plot to create a full screen popup XY Plot instead. Also, it should be possible to have XY plot in the ad hoc workspace.

      Additional feedback from EA customer: add ability to switch back and forth between xy and timeseries trend in ad hoc workspace.

      Zooming in xy plot was available in Processbook, it must be the same as Vision will replace Processbook.
