PI OPC DA Server should update cache file or have the possibility not to work with it

Cache file is not updated till OPC server is restarted, even though new points have been added to the server and it seems it detects them

We have faced issues where adding a point to the server works fine and then de point disappears when the service is restarted and point is not added to the cache file

Other option would be to work directly with PI Data Archive same than OPC DA Interfaces where you can choose to create the cache file or not
