Make it easier to use a managed service account to run PI Web API

This KB article describes how to run PI Web API using a managed service account. Basically, you set up PI Web API with the default NT SERVICE\piwebapi virtual account, then switch PI Web API to use the managed service account, and then rerun and click through the PI Web API Admin Utility without making any changes. As the article describes, this is all to work around the fact that the PI Web API Admin Utility does not support the direct entry of a managed service account. Since managed service accounts are the best type of account to use to run services, it is a shame that it also takes the most effort to use a managed service account, of all types of accounts, with PI Web API.

Please allow us to specify a managed service account as PI Web API's service account either during installation, within the PI Web API Admin Utility, or both. The install kit of the PI SQL Data Access Server (RTQP Engine) is a good example of how any type of account, including managed service accounts, can be specified during installation.

To be clear, when I say "managed service account", I am talking about both standalone managed service accounts (sMSAs) and group managed service accounts (gMSAs).
