    Radial Gauge- Use PI Tags for Ranges

    Instead of hard coding the color ranges on a dial allow us to use PI tags. This way I can make a radial gauge grade dependent with different grades have there own color ranges for target, high, low, etc..

    Preserve "Visibility" settings when switching a gauge to another gauge

    If I switch, say, a horizontal gauge to be a vertical gauge, the "Visibility" settings for Label, Value, and Unit should be preserved. Currently, these reset to showing all of them.

    Gauge: Scales inside

    As a display author, I would like to configure the location (inside/outside) of scales on horizontal and vertical gauge symbols. Currently if gauge scales are shown they are always outside or the bar/gauge.

    Gauge: Show the min/max/avg values on gauge

    PI Coresight 2016 does not show the min/max/avg data value on a gauge the way that previous versions of PI Coresight did.
