Remove hash (#) symbol from PI Vision URL

Remove the # symbol from the PI Vision URL as some cloud based environments use the hash symbol as a special character for authentication and internal use, and break the PI Vision URLs if a user is not authenticated previously on PI Vision.

Automatically set time interval for XY Plots

XY Plots have a hard-coded limit of 10k values. When generating a plot, it would be nice to have a function that, instead of throwing an error, adapts the time interval of the plot in order to stay under the 10k limit.

Make displays in Kiosk Mode more obvious.

Add button to toggle between kiosk mode and full control. Add a header that shows when the display is in kiosk mode. If the header is hidden, users may not see the ?kiosk=mode in the URL.

PI Vision Icon (.ico file) in easy to find location

Have a high resolution PI Vision Icon file (.ico) in the %pihome64%\PIVision folder for use with desktop shortcuts to PI Vision. This will make the desktop shortcut more professional looking and easy to identify for users.
