Allow filtering of the Event Table by EF attribute comparison to Substitution Parameter

eg. Grade = %@.\Elements[.]|Grade% show only events with grades like the currently running grades.

EF Table "Apply Time Range" could set display asset context to EF Element...

When you use "Apply Time Range" from the EF Table if the display has Asset alternatives - set the Asset context to the EF Element as well - or provide an option to do so..

Filter or re-order attributes on the Event Frame Details page in PI Vision

As a user, I would like the ability to filter Event Frames on the Event Details page like we could previously in PI Vision 2020 and earlier. It would also be useful to be able to customize how the attributes are ordered in the EF Attribute tables...
