    Ability to move displays with PI Vision API

    Currently changing displays Folder with PI Vision API will copy them to a new location, instead of moving.

    Migrate away from polling (diff for data request)

    Polling is inefficient and adds unnecessary load to the servers. PI Vision should use the more efficient PubSub model with websockets to improve performance and reduce load on the servers.
