PI Builder security alignement

Store an OPC Server's "VT_EMPTY" Data Type as a "Bad" in PI Data Archive

When there is a problem within an OPC Server, some Items receives "VT_EMPTY" data type values. PI OPC DA Interface ignores this information, and in PI Data Archive present to users and applications the last valid value - that might be incorrect.

Increase the allowed password length for AF Linked Table "Supply Password" connections

Currently the maximum password length for AF Linked Table connections using the "Supply Password" option is 15 characters. This length limitation should be increased to at least 25 characters.

Modify the Modbus Interface to accept 32-bit Unsigned Ints from the PLC

provide a data type to accept a 4 byte unsigned integer from the PLC.  At this point, it would be stored in a 64-bit float in PI DA.
