Tag Search dialog should have pointID as a default search criteria

As a PI System Administrator, I wish the Tag Search dialog made it easier to filter by pointID as I use this attribute commonly for management tasks and troubleshooting my PI System.  This could replace a less useful field such as Engineering Units.
