Enhance how batch interfaces write to the message logs

Batch interfaces should write their messages to the message logs using the Source1 and Source2 fields just like UniInt based interfaces. Currently, batch interfaces leave these 2 fields blank. Source1 should contain the process name or similar and...

Specific debug log levels to troubleshoot specific issues

Similar to PI Interfaces (/DB for opcint), adapters should allow setting some additional debugging to troubleshoot specific issues, instead of only allowing a general LogLevel (Information, Trace, Warning, etc.) This would allow for more granular ...
Gabriel Verreault almost 4 years ago in AVEVA™ Adapters / AVEVA Adapter for OPC UA 2 Already exists

Enable logging of 5.x batch interface messages to the local PI message log again

Message logs for 5.X Batch interfaces and Connectors are written to Windows Event Viewer instead of PI Message Logs as in previous versions. The Windows Event Log is extremely slow compared to viewing PI message logs, the filtering is worse, the m...

When using debug mode level tracing in opc ua, can we get a dump of the client settings and data source settings in the log file that are being used so we know the context of that session?

it will tell us exactly the full context the adapter is operating in when it starts up and connects to the data source.

BACnet Trend Log Object Collection.
