Batch interface to AF connection health monitoring tag

Having a health tag for batch interfaces which monitors the connection status between the interface and its corresponding AF server. This way, users can be informed if there are any issues with the interface creating event frames on AF.

Enable the ability to use the UserInt1 to propagate PI to PI APS source tag name changes to the target if source collective Data Archive-level failover is configured

UserInt1 attribute contains source point ID. (Illegal configuration if source Data Archive-level failover is configured.) Source tag mapping by point ID is not compatible with Data Archive-level failover.
