Allow Asset swap in kiosk mode

In kiosk mode, the asset list swap drop-down menu disappears. There is a desired functionality to have the asset swap still visible and usable in kiosk mode.

Remove hash (#) symbol from PI Vision URL

Remove the # symbol from the PI Vision URL as some cloud based environments use the hash symbol as a special character for authentication and internal use, and break the PI Vision URLs if a user is not authenticated previously on PI Vision.

Please rename "Incoming TimeStamps" to "Incoming Timestamps". Please change "Utc" to "UTC". These small spelling issues come across as sloppy.
