Format of tech support cases

Threading features in tech support cases can be confusing, especially for large, long, complex interactions. The same message appears in multiple places in the thread making it hard to follow.

Download case attachments

JNJ would like to be able to open attachments / download attachments to cases, but can only open “simple types” like word / PDF / excel, etc. If a zip is uploaded it is more or less useless to a portal user, cannot view, cannot download.

Have pre-defined PI Trends embedded in the body of the PI Notification Emails

Permit me to keep "no data" and also use tag with AF Analytics

I'd like a way that permits me to use AF analytics on "no-data" pi points without requiring me to strip/remove all no-data points, so that I can also use "no-data" for notifications.

If a variable is renamed, the rename should propagate to the definitions of other variables that use the renamed variable.

Allow for higher frequency analysis

The highest frequency that is currently allowed for the analysis service is 120Hz. This is a limiting when you want to use it to do analysis on higher frequency data. A higher limit, such as 1kHz would be an appreciable improvement.
