Add the ability to only allow data entry users to change the date, but not time, for Manual Logger Web tours

Customer wants to have an option to enter all tags at midnight, without having the user to select the time, therefore user only select the data and the time default to midnight (they can modify if required but it should always default to midnight).

Add ability to expand analysis preview results window

The bottom right legend of the Analysis Preview Results window needs to expand properly when resizing the trend so we can see the full name of the inputs/outputs. The horizontal scrolling of this section is not convenient.
