Same display names in Home directory

In Home multiple displays with the same name should be allowed, at least from different owners. The message "Display xy already exists" is completely meaningless, because the user may not be able to see displays with the same name of other owners...

Allow Asset swap in kiosk mode

Remove hash (#) symbol from PI Vision URL

Remove the # symbol from the PI Vision URL as some cloud based environments use the hash symbol as a special character for authentication and internal use, and break the PI Vision URLs if a user is not authenticated previously on PI Vision.
