Have the ability to left align charts on the Y axis rather than than the object edge

When putting scale labels outside the chart and left aligning the charts the axis does not line up if the labels are significantly different in significant digits. This is especially obvious in collections.

Axis that scroll with the data

What is would like to have, is that when multiple datasets is put in 1 trend. You get on the left axis and on the right the data. When I scroll through the data sets I would like that the axis scroll with the data sets. is this possible
