Provide a way to manage links used in many displays

Provide a way to update links used in multiple displays, either with a way of bulk editing them or by allowing users to specify a variable in links that can be updated.

We should be able to see both the PI tag a tag description on a PI Vision display.

I am only able to toggle between the tag name and the tag description. I would like it if we had the tag on one axis and the description on the other axis like it is in ProcessBook.
