PI Adapter for OPC UA Discovery file attributes setting

At the moment the file generated consists 5 columns - nodeId,selected,name,streamId,dataFilterId. Columns "name" and "dataFilterId" are always with value "NONE". There is no option to set the attributes to include in the file.

API to check Adapter buffer statistics
