OIDC Authentication

Radial Gauge- Use PI Tags for Ranges

Instead of hard coding the color ranges on a dial allow us to use PI tags. This way I can make a radial gauge grade dependent with different grades have there own color ranges for target, high, low, etc..

Trend Offset and Duration with Timestamp axis labels shows in GMT instead of local time

When selecting the "Timestamp" option under the Trend > Time Range > Offset Duration, the trend's x-axis labels show up in GMT time instead of local time. Please change the labels to show up in local time.
