Support URN in addition for URI for OPC UA Server redundancy

As stated in the documentation "Some OPC UA servers use URNs instead of URLs, which is not currently supported by this adapter.", adding support for URNs would increase the servers the adapter is compatible with.

Allow Adaptors to run in Docker

Allow Adaptors to run in Docker. This would ease the roll-out and management of adaptors. Also new Cisco switches now allow Docker instances on the switch, limiting the need for extra hardware.

Design some UI for PI Adaptors, so it will be user friendly to configure the data source or data reading configurations etc. It is really hard to configure or troubleshoot an issue in PI Adaptor without Proper UI.
