Support URI Builder attributes and make them clickable

Allow URI Builder attributes to be added to a transfer, then turn them into links in CVS dashboards. Even better if they can be used in text hyperlinks. That way you can jump from a CVS dashboard straight into a PI Vision display or some other web page to show more details about the asset.
