Allow AF indexing to continue when encountering an element attribute's inability to a get current value and avoid the reindexing loop for a newly added AF Server

A single attribute's inability to get a current value cause the ENTIRETY of the indexing process to get locked into an infinite loop when adding an AF server to PI to CONNECT agent (ie a small subset of bad attributes should not be preventing the indexing of AF server where majority of attributes might be good)

It would rather be helpful to avoid the problematic element indexing and finish or complete the rest of the indexing process. Then displaying a message pop-up at the end for problematic elements not included in the index.
