Enable subscribe using wildcard for AVEVA Adapter for MQTT

It would be handy to have the PI Adapter for MQTT to be able to subscribe to a broker by using wildcards only. Right now, we need to specify each individual topics on the data selection rule, and this eventually comes as individual subscription as well in the broker.

While this works fine for us (the subscriber), this is not very handy for the broker administrator. For example, we have the topic spBv1.0/BRIDGES/# that contains hundreds of different data points. This then show up as hundreds of different subscriptions on the broker side, as in:

spBv1.0/BRIDGES/DDATA/datapoint1
spBv1.0/BRIDGES/DDATA/datapoint2
spBv1.0/BRIDGES/DDATA/datapoint3 ... etc.

This was not the case in the older PI Connector for MQTT, where it only showed as one subcription, spBv1.0/BRIDGES/#..
