AVEVA™ Adapter For Ping

I realize that there is already a PI Interface For Ping and a PI Connector For Ping, but that logic didn't stop other AVEVA Adapters from being created (e.g. AVEVA Adapter For BACnet).

An AVEVA Adapter For Ping would allow us to continue to check connectivity to different computers but with far fewer resources than the PI Interface or the PI Connector. It will probably also be simpler to configure than some of the other AVEVA Adapters, making it a good starting point for people to get the hang of AVEVA Adapters before moving on to the more difficult ones. Lastly, it would be nice to eventually move to all AVEVA Adapters and leave PI Interfaces and PI Connectors in the past (unless there will be more 3rd-generation PI Connectors besides the PI System Connector 3).
