Combine all logging parameters into a single table

Logging can be configured for each component as well as at the adapter level. Any AVEVA Adapter instance will have at least 3 areas where logging can be configured: the adapter, the OmfEgress component (always present), and the adapter components (there needs to be at least 1 for the AVEVA Adapter instance to be of any value). It would help if logging for all of these areas could be configured from a single table, especially if "in-grid editing" is supported. This would give users a better idea of the amount of resources used by the logging of an AVEVA Adapter instance as a whole, and users would be able to better configure the logging parameters accordingly. This table does not need to replace the existing areas where logging can be configured. It can simply be an additional option. If we want to get fancy, the logging table could include all logging for all components of all AVEVA Adapter instances that are available in the AVEVA Adapter Configuration Utility.
