Enable Automatic Population of PI Point Descriptor from MQTT Payload Metadata in AVEVA Adapter for MQTT

Please add support for automatically populating the PI Point Descriptor attribute from MQTT metadata during point creation.

Currently, the MQTT Adapter supports UoM synchronization but not Descriptor, requiring manual updates and increasing maintenance effort.

This enhancement would improve metadata consistency, reduce manual work, and simplify large-scale deployments. An option to populate the Descriptor only at creation or keep it synchronized would also be beneficial.
