Prevent PI Adapter for OPC UA from modifying/override stream overrides and metadata upon restart

Problem: I have configured PI Adapter for OPC UA to collect data from an OPC UA Server. Since UoMs are not assigned properly, I created stream overrides in AVEVA Data Hub to assign the proper UoM to the particular stream. I also associated stream metadata to translate the naming convention of the stream name to reflect "human readable" metadata. This data all remains available until I restart the PI Adapter. Once the PI Adapter gets restarted, the stream overrides are reset and also the metadata seem to be lost as well. So I need to re-run the script for assigning the proper UoMs each time which is a bit annoying.

Solution: prevent PI Adapter framework to overwrite stream configuration when it initializes. It should be a configurable option.

You can extend to DESCDRIPTOR, ZERO/SPAN too.
Because some 3rd party OPC SERVER are'nt modifiable for these attributes and it's a big problem !

The idea seems to be focused on ADH. I would add the explicit requirement that the UOM should not be overwritten for PI Server also.
