Configurable input REST data queue file size for PI Connector for UFL

We're working with a large AMI customer, using the PI Connector for UFL as a REST server endpoint to receive meter data. However, during large interrogations, the amount of messages received can be faster than UFL can process, leading to overflowing the input REST data message queue, giving the error: Input REST data queue is full. POST request has been refused.

It would be helpful to be able to configure and tune the size of this queue so that these systems can scale and handle these large bursts of messages.
