Fix Customer Portal Timeout Issue - New Case Creation

When creating a new case, the page times out after about 10 minutes which causes all of the entry to be lost.

This is especially frustrating when a significant amount of detail has been added for a more complicated case.

Need the timeout duration to be increased to give users more time to make an entry, or remove the timeout completely.
