Filter expression '<tagname>'="string" syntax should allow wildcards

Performance Equations syntax for filtering in SMT and Datalink should allow wildcards for strings: For instance, ''="*substring*" interprets the * as a literal character rather than as a wildcard. To achieve the desired filter, it is currently possible to do Compare(string(''),"*substring*") but this syntax is not as intuitive.

    Thank you very much for sharing your feedback on the PI Server. After further evaluation, we have decided to decline this item, as we are not planning on implementing it in the near future due to other high priority items across the PI System.
