More Database Options for PI Event Frame Generator

Allow configuration options for different databases via the PI Event Frame Generator. Being able to connect to a database via ODBC and then have a configuration file that would allow adding entries from that database as Event Frames would be very helpful to allow PI Vision users to easily see events from other systems together with their PI data.
