Allow Publishing of a Narrow Data Format

It would be helpful to be able to publish to a narrow format to reduce downstream impact due to the fact that we don't have to change the table structures when the assets change. (flexibility) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wide_and_narrow_data

    This feature would be really handy as per the description, there's minimal changes downstream of the published table. We are in need to replicate some PIACE processes and the integrator is a natural tool to transition these too, however because of the way tags create a new column in an asset view the following transformations can't be dynamic as instructions have to be created for every column that needs to be referenced. If a narrow data set could be published then it would simply mean there would be one column of values, one column with the tag name and one column for the timestamp, any further transformation form this table would be independent of how many tags we're being pushed by the integrator
