Support SQL in Azure as a BA Integrator backend

As an administrator, I want to use SQL Azure as the database backend for my PI IntegratorDB, Stats, Logs database, so that I can offload the SQL administrative tasks to Azure.

      It would be beneficial to my company to eliminate the high cost of Microsoft SQL Server licensing, and instead migrate my PI systems to use Azure SQL. This is currently supported for AF Databases (PIFD), Notifications, and Analytics. It will be supported for PI Vision with a 2025 release. If I can't migrate my PI IntegratorDB to Azure SQL, then my company cannot eliminate MS SQL Server licensing costs. If we can't do that, why bother moving anything to Azure SQL? It really needs to be an "ALL or NONE" solution.

      PS - though moving ALL to Azure SQL means I am willing to live without RTQP, PI Oledb Enterprise, Audit Trail, etc., i.e. those specific things that do not work if you move AF to Azure SQL.
