PSE : Add Analysis loading progress bar

I would like to see a progress bar or some indication in PSE that it is working on loading the analyses to run when the service stops and restarts.

We have around a million analyses created and it can take time to start them all up when we fail over analyses servers. Recently it was taking several hours to start them all up and I have no way to tell what it is working on, how far along it is, or when it will be done. After several hours where the service was restarted but it still hadn't started the analyses, I had to call support and stay on two hours after work late. Support even had a very hard time telling if it was even working on anything (it took two hours for an answer). After two hours on the phone and digging through a number of logs, support told me that the software was working on starting the analyses and to just let it finish. It took something like 17 hours to start the analyses up.

All of this wondering and ambiguity could be solved with a simple progress bar or some indication that it is actually working on something, with an estimated completion time to start them.
