Set the language of the AF Client before the installation is concluded.

In AF Client 2024 the language packs are installed with the product, but currently it is not possible to have it display a language other than English right after the install, and the user must change it in the Language Settings. PI DataLink 2023 SP1 MUI contains the parameter LANGUAGE in the silent.ini file, which determines the product language, and it would be desired to have a similar parameter for the AF Client to complement the language pack during silent installation
