Change Login as a different admin user

As a System Administrator I want to log in to the PI Coresight Administration site using different credentials than are currently logged into the computer so that I don't have to change IE settings, close the browser, restart the browser and log in. Provide a mechanism to log out of the admin site and log in as a different authorized user. Note: This was previously Enhancement 97812.
