An updated permissions model for displays and folders that allows for more flexible configuration.

Following the change "write" can still create folders, which we don't want. Have opened a new Idea to have this moved as well. PIVISION-I-2085

In addition to preventing the deletion of folders, it would be beneficial to prevent the creation of folders.

In a large organization such as I am part of it would be very beneficial to allow users to move displays into existing, purposefully designed folder structures but not allow them to create new folders or delete existing structure.

Users to have their own workspace to manage their own displays. Admins to manage public and private workspaces.

Users should not be able to create/delete PI Vision folders. PI Admins should oversee folder management.

agreed, more granularity is needed - especially because all subfolders are deleted as well

It should be possible to avoid deleting folders if they include displays of other users.
