Add rotation formatting to Value

Allow rotating the Value symbol in the same way as the Text symbol can be rotated.

    It blows my mind that we can't rotate text on a PI vision display. I do not want to create a bitmap and put it on a display. I want to be able to use text that is in a collection and turn it sideways. I dont understand why Processbook was reaplaced with something that is not equel to or greater then.

    Underrated request! The attached screen shot shows an example where I need rotation. In the white circle I have a string attribute that shows what type of device a motor is rotating, as it's not always a Pump, as in the static text object.
