Support SQL Azure as a PI Vision SQL backend

Customers and potential customers are progressively moving away from the IaaS type deployment. As a PI Vision administrator, several key advantages can be offered by hosting the PIVision SQL backend to a managed database. The SQL on Platform as a Service(PaaS) or DB as a Services(DBaaS) from cloud vendors offer low cost, low maintenance, automatic OS/SQL patches and often more resilient.

      Customers are needing to get out of legacy Platform as a Service (PaaS) SQL models, and some are in the process of eliminating internal support for these types of SQL instance. So for some customers PI Vision is being targeted as a 'legacy' product. Azure SQL is perceived as a cheaper and more maintainable SQL back-end solution, and as PI AF is now able to use this, it is important for PI Vision to follow suit.
