Manually adjust trend Y-axis scaling for discrete devices Merged

The ability to change the y-axis scaling for discrete devices would help spread out multiple discrete devices for easier viewing. For example, if you're trending multiple open/close valves on one trend, they will all overlap. If you could adjust the y-axis scaling then they could be spaced out.
